The undeveloped wastelands was a paradise for various wurms and wild animals. He originally came to eat Dean Shen’s meals, who would’ve thought that his own brother left a little dragon cub with him before he left.

The days since Yan Huan has been on vacation were simply in dire straits.

Shen Mian passed the window, he didn’t know when Yan Tan’s relaxed sleeping posture from when he left his arms had changed. He curled into a ball under the quilt, Shen Mian could guess what position he was in – His body curled up, head hanging down holding his tail and his wings wrapped tightly around himself. The ninety catty dragon cub surprisingly only took up a small portion of the single bed.

He was like a cub that had lost its shelter, he struggled to draw security for himself.

He Xing propped himself up on the railing, “So what are you going to do now? Change centres? Impossible, ten-year-old cubs are able to converge their instincts, but according to the rules, mythical dragons must complete their education at a designated nursery.” The issue of the mythical not being able to go to a childcare centre with other cubs is a regulation written into the law and couldn’t be compromised.

Yan Huan also knew that, “So I made a temporary application and got all the previous years’ leave back, making a total of nineteen days. In the meantime, I took a leave of absence from school for Yan Tan. By the end of next month, my father’s retirement paperwork should also be completed and I will take Yan Tan with me then.”

He Xing, “That’s one solution.”

They wouldn’t have been able to take such a long vacation if they hadn’t previously resolved the party that was going to restore the ethnic pattern.

Shen Mian withdrew his gaze from the window and extinguished the menthol cigarette in his hand.

Yan Huan looked at Shen Mian, “Is Dean Shen willing to take in me and Yan Tan?”

It didn’t seem like little Yan Tan had many friends in the childcare centre, so it would be nice for him to have some interactions with the other cubs here.

He was already raising two small ones, so it would be the same when raising another one, and as for scrounging, there’s already He Xing, so it doesn’t matter if there’s one more.

Shen Mian, “Accommodation fee, daily rate.”

Yan Huan has a very good temper, “I understand, Dean Shen.”

Yan Tan was still asleep, curled up on the bed. His sleeping position had been upgraded from last night’s insecure style to a self-limiting one, with only four curved, rounded corners were showing from the quilt.

Shen Mian passed by the bedside, worried that he was suffocating, reached out and gently pulled down the blanket, then realized that doing so would be of no use; Yan Tan’s head was tucked into his wings, and his tail was indeed wrapped around him, like a black coal ball just like Shen Ming thought.

Shen Mian, “…”

Yan Tan stirred and instantly opened his eyes, like a frightened black cat.

Shen Mian did not expect to scare him and rubbed Yan Tan’s back. The little dragon cub’s sleepiness completely disappeared after being frightened. He peeked at Shen Mian and found that the cold Dean Shen did not mean to scold him and happily rubbed on Shen Mian’s chest.

“Do you still want to sleep for a bit?”

Actually, at this point, Gian and Lu Yuan were already awake. They should be washing up side by side in the bathroom at this time. This beautiful cub, was also a rarely seen golden-green subspecies of the gem dragon sub-species, sparkling brilliantly under the morning light.

Gian, a child full of enthusiasm for a new sibling, immediately recognized the shadow that had just flashed by was a little dragon cub. With a mouth full of foam, he was about to say hello but immediately spat out a bunch of bubbles as soon as he opened its mouth, “Gurgle.”

Lu Yuan hurriedly bit down on his toothbrush and patted Gian, not controlling his strength and with a crack, snapped the toothbrush.

The broken cylindrical toothbrush handle rolled in front of Yan Tan.

Is this a way for other cubs to demonstrate? Showing their own racial characteristics to scare away other dragon cubs? Did the two beautiful younger brothers actually not like him?

Shen Mian looked at Yan Tan behind him, Is this child afraid of strangers? That didn’t seem to be the case last night.

Shen Mian stooped down to pick up the toothbrush handle, “The eleventh one.”

Lu Yuan’s mouth was filled with foam and blinked innocently

The hardware facilities of the nursery were very ordinary. The bathroom only has an oversized sink. Yan Tan received the water and carefully stood beside the two younger brothers.

Gian and Lu Yuan had already brushed their teeth and stood in the bathroom, reluctant to leave.

Gian came up and held Yan Tan’s claws, “Does older brother want to play hide and seek with us? Every time I play with Lu Yuan, only he can hide.”

Shen Mian and Yan Tan both lowered their heads at the same time, Yan Tan’s round eyes were filled with confusion.

Gian swayed his tail, “I’m reflective!”

Ok so i got confused myself with the military ranks but i’m pretty sure its like this, the order is highest to lowest:

Marshal – He Xing

Admiral – Yan Huan

Lieutenant General – Zhao Xingchen

Major General – Zong Chi

Also nearly lost it when i read the part where lu yuan’s fur was spinning clockwise and anticlockwise.
