Yu Lan returned to the manor just in time for dinner.

Mr Shao’s three friends had stayed and dinner was on the table.

After Yu Lan sat down and Shao Mingyu asked, “Aren’t you back a little late?”
Yu Lan nodded and obediently said, “I went for a walk around the teacher’s house.”

The alpha Chi Yan laughed. “Shao Mingyu, do you care about the child? Does he have to tell everything if he comes back a bit late?”
Shao Mingyu hooked his lips at the words. “Isn’t he just a child?”
Yu Lan, “…”

Chi Yan smirked and said, “But don’t tell me, you still don’t know what Yu Lan means. It’s not necessarily true that the person Shao Mingyu likes will fall for him! This hug doesn’t necessarily mean it’s a done deal or he would’ve said so at the dinner table just now!”
The beta, “Hahahahaha, you’re right!”

And Jane Ling’s originally good mood completely dissipated because of this scene.

Hidden in the shadows where the light couldn’t reach, he stared at the two not far away, blood almost rushing to his head.

The woody fragrance lingered around him. Yu Lan closed his eyes and leaned against the man’s shoulder, gradually relaxing his body.

“Go back and quickly take your medicine.” Shao Mingyu whispered.

Yu Lan laid in his arms and after slowing down for a while did he have the energy to notice the eyes of the three people by the aircraft. He was embarrassed and tried to get out of the man’s embrace.

The man, however, pressed him back down.

Yu Lan blushed and said, “Mr Shao…”
Shao Mingyu glanced not far away. Chi Yan and the beta tilted their heads in unison, pretending to watch the night scene.

Shao Mingyu raised the corners of his lips and patted Yu Lan’s head again.

The closer they were, the denser the pheromones were and the more effective they were at calming the omega.
At this moment, Shao Mingyu truly felt that he was not an upright person.
He seriously said, “Be good. It won’t hurt after a while if you lean in closer.”

Yu Lan knew how powerful Mr Shao’s pheromones were to him and after thinking about it, he held back his blush of shame, nodded obediently and laid back down.

Chi Yan and the beta: Tch, look at the smile on that man’s lips, it’s toothache-inducing.

After the aircraft left the ground, the two of them chirped and gossiped wildly. Across from them, Jian Ling looked blankly out of the window for a moment, suddenly picked up his phone and sent a message out.

“Your older brother has an omega by his side. Did you know?”
